Gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Das ausgetretene Fett bis auf 2 TL abfangen und zb. als Brotaufstrich oder f\u00fcr Bratkartoffeln verwenden. Den Bacon beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-41 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/wurst-case-scenario.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8102.jpg\" alt=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wurst-case-scenario.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8102.jpg 960w, https:\/\/wurst-case-scenario.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8102-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die roten Zwiebeln grob schneiden und in der Pfanne mit den 2 TL Baconfett angehen<br \/>\nlassen. Knoblauch zugeben und weiter anbraten. Essig und Ahornsirup zugeben und einmal<br \/>\naufkochen lassen. Jetzt den Zucker und das Paprikapulver zugeben.
